Order Processing Time

All orders are processed with 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom and personalized items may require additional processing time 2-3 weeks( less than 20 days) if using Klarna and depending on the complexity of the order
  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays
  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, etc.), processing times may be extended

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been successfully placed.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays

Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary based on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.

Shipping Delays

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item

Local Pickup / Service Orders (If Applicable)

For customers purchasing event services or local items:

  • Pickup or service details will be coordinated after booking
  • Delivery/setup times will be confirmed prior to your event date
